    If you are unhappy with your order, please email our support team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the items in question.

    Our farm shop specialists will review your claim to determine if the issue was caused during transit or if the produce does not meet our strict freshness standards.

    For non-perishable pantry items, we will provide a return shipping label; for fresh produce, we typically do not require the items to be shipped back to the farm.
