How do you ensure the freshness of my order during transit?

We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging and biodegradable cool packs to ensure your produce and dairy stay at optimal temperatures from our farm to your doorstep.

When can I expect my delivery?

Orders placed before 2 PM are typically harvested and dispatched the next business day. You will receive a tracking link with a specific 1-hour delivery window on the morning of arrival.

Do you offer organic produce?

Yes, a significant portion of our range is certified organic. We also work with local partner farms that follow sustainable, pesticide-free growing practices.

What is your policy on returns for perishable items?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on fresh food. However, if any item arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.

Can I set up a recurring weekly subscription?
