About The Growers:
From tender asparagus to sweet-smelling strawberries, our produce is harvested fresh every morning of the week from our fields here at Lifton Farm Shop. Our fields here in the Tamar Valley gives us a long harvesting window of frost free weather. As well as our weather being kind to our winter crops throughout the winter months and hunger gap. Our home grown fruit and vegetables can be seen growing around the shop and the surrounding land. And if we can't grow it ourselves, it is locally sourced from our friends in West Cornwall, where the climate is a little warmer and more suited for growing certain produce.
